How much lead time do you need?

To ensure that each customer receives the highest level of personal service and to meet our customers' deadlines, we prefer at least two (2) months lead time for all custom cookies. If your lead time is less than two months, please call and we will do our best to work with you. Please understand that there are dates that book up far in advance (graduation, Valentine’s, Easter, etc…) and therefore should be booked as soon as possible. It is not uncommon for graduations or weddings to be booked a full year in advance.

How long are your cookies good for?

To ensure maximum freshness we recommend that you pick up your custom cookies within 2 days prior to your event and eat them within 5 days of your pick up. If you need to pick them up sooner or store them longer your cookies can be heat sealed for an additional fee.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.All payments are securely processed through Square. We never see your credit/debit card details. Please note that ALL prices quoted reflect a discounted price for cash payments only. Debit and credit card prices will be calculated as 5% higher than the discounted cash prices. We do not accept checks.

 

​How do I guarantee my order?

A 50% deposit is required to save your date and book your custom order if you are ordering greater than 30 days in advance of your need date. You will receive an invoice through email that will allow you to make your deposit payment. Deposit that are not paid within 48 hours are subject to cancellation – I will only send ONE (1) reminder. As a result of cancellation your specific date will be made available to other customers and may no longer be available if you attempt to reorder. Remaining balances are required to be paid in full 30 days prior to your need date.

Orders that are placed within 30 days of your need date are required to be paid in full at the time of ordering. You will receive an invoice through email that will allow you to make your full payment. Payments that are not made within 48 hours are subject to order cancellation – I will only send ONE (1) reminder). As a result of cancellation your specific date will be made available to other customers and may no longer be available if you attempt to reorder.

 

How can I get a refund?

Refunds of deposits are only available if made prior to 30 days before your need date. Refunds will not be made under any circumstance for any cancellation made within 30 days of your need date. We understand that things can happen that are beyond your control and will work with you to apply already paid funds to future orders.

Will my cookies look exactly like they do on your website?

Not exactly. All our cookies are made by hand. There may occasionally be slight differences between the pictures of our cookies on our website and the product you receive. Our quality is second-to-none and we pay exceptional attention to detail. Our goal is to please our customers.

Can you guarantee a specific color match for the icing?

Our icings are all color tinted by hand and as a result there may be slight variations in colors. When we are sent a desired color for cookies, we will do our very best to make it as close to that color as possible. Keep in mind that sometimes colors will vary in appearance depending on different computer screens, so what looks like a certain color on one screen may look like a totally different shade on our screen when we review it. However, we will attempt to get the shade or color as close as possible to what you have communicated with us. If you are a super fan and absolutely require UT burnt orange, Aggie maroon, or if your special day will be ruined if we don’t perfectly match your chosen “blush and bashful”, please let us know this in advance so that we may politely decline you order. There will absolutely be no refunds due to color matching issues.

Can you make an exact replica of the cookie image I send to you?

I would love to make your design an original, however, I understand sometimes the image is important for your event.  While I will always do my best to recreate a design, please understand that every cookie artist has their own style and skill set so I cannot offer an exact match. I would encourage you to review the hundreds of pictures on my Facebook and web page to get an understanding of what I can offer.

Can you create a cookie that looks exactly like my logo?

It depends! Some logos are just too intricate to replicate with icing by hand. We would be happy to take a look at your logo or image to see if it’s possible to replicate by hand or possibly provide another option.

Do you offer any discounts?
We do not offer discounts but will work with you to find a cookie option that fits your budget. We only sell handmade custom cookies - no magic machines. The amount of material and effort that it takes to make the first cookie in your order is the same as the last cookie in your order regardless of your order size.

I really want to order your cookies, but they are out of my budget! Can you offer me a better price?

We can certainly sympathize with the difficult task of staying under budget. Unfortunately, because the cost of ingredients and the labor-intensive nature of the baking, decorating, and design processes we do not negotiate with our quoted pricing. We do, however, appreciate your interest and admiration of our cookies. We would be happy to discuss with you our various options to see if we can find something to suit your budget.

Delivery is sometimes possible based on availability. Please contact us for details.

Do you ship?

We do not ship any orders but can package and seal the cookies so that they are easy for you to ship.

 

Miracles?

They are sometimes possible. An additional rush fee of $20 or more may be required, depending on complexity.
